In the enchanting town of Fueya, where fairies are whispered to reside, a legend weaves its way through the hearts and minds of the townspeople. Nestled on the outskirts of Fueya, a quaint Western-style pastry shop called Folkroll has been the apple of the community's eye for decades. Determined to save their cherished patisserie, the pastry chef's granddaughter, Meru, and her best friend, Koori, make a wish upon a star on the night of the fairies, hoping for a guardian angel to rescue their shop. As if by magic, a mysterious young man named Yamada Kurou appears before them with no memories of his past or why he came to town. With no place to call home, Kurou begins working at Folkroll.
